Product description

PLA Aero filament foams during printing to create ultra-lightweight, energy-saving parts ideal for RC planes, gliders, and aerodynamic models. Mixing ordinary PLA with foaming additives, it prints at 220–260 °C on heated beds, uses RFID for AMS auto-settings, and maintains a precise 1.75 mm diameter (±0.03 mm). The matte surface accepts dye well, and prints weigh 50–80% less than standard PLA while staying tough and impact resistant.
