1) Overview

Welcome to Additronix (“Additronix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3) Orders, Acceptance & Availability

All orders are offers to purchase products. We may accept or reject any order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing or product description errors, or regulatory restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you to your original payment method.

4) Pricing, Currency & Taxes (UAE VAT)

Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. UAE VAT (if applicable) is charged at checkout. Shipping fees, remote-area surcharges, duties, and any bank/FX fees are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.

5) Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., major cards, local gateways, BNPL where available). By submitting a payment, you represent you’re authorized to use the method and that funds are available. We may use third-party processors; their terms may apply.

6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss (UAE)

  • Free standard delivery: Orders ≥ AED 650 ship free to standard serviceable/easily accessible areas within the UAE.

  • Remote-area surcharge: Deliveries to remote/out-of-service areas (as defined by the courier’s current list) incur a surcharge and may have longer transit times. We’ll notify you if applicable, and you can approve, switch to pickup (if offered), or cancel for a full refund.

  • Dispatch & timelines: Estimated dispatch and delivery windows shown at checkout are indicative, not guaranteed. Public holidays, peak periods, weather, customs/security checks, or carrier issues may cause delays.

  • Risk of loss/title: Risk passes upon delivery to the address provided (per carrier scan). Title passes upon full payment and delivery. Please inspect packages at delivery and report visible damage to the courier and to us immediately.

  • Delivery attempts: If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, re-delivery fees may apply.

International shipping: Unless stated, we primarily serve the UAE. Contact us for international options and restrictions on certain materials (e.g., resins/liquids).

7) Returns, Exchanges & DOA (Strict Window)

We aim to get you the right gear, fast. Because many 3D products are sensitive or consumable, we have a narrow return window:

7.1 Return Eligibility (Change-of-Mind / Wrong Item Ordered)

  • You must notify us within 48 hours (2 calendar days) of the carrier-marked delivery time.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original manufacturer-sealed packaging, with all accessories, serial numbers, and labels intact.

  • Consumables (e.g., filaments, resins, adhesives, cleaning fluids) are not returnable if opened or unsealed.

  • Software/activation codes, downloadables, and spare parts are non-returnable.

  • Returns outside the 48-hour window are not accepted.

Process: Email [info@additronix.com] with your order number, item(s), and reason within 48 hours. We’ll issue an RMA if eligible. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrectly supplied by us. Items received without an RMA or that fail inspection may be refused and returned to you at your cost.

Refund method: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method (or store credit, if you prefer) once we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees/surcharges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7.2 Damaged/DOA (Dead on Arrival)
If your product arrives damaged or non-functional out of the box, contact [Sales@additronix.com] within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and unboxing details. We’ll triage promptly and, if confirmed DOA, arrange a like-for-like exchange or repair per brand policy. Keep all packaging for inspection. Claims after 48 hours are treated as warranty cases (Section 8).

8) Manufacturer Warranties & Brand-Specific Notices

We stock products from leading brands. Manufacturer warranties (if any) are offered by the manufacturer, not Additronix, and vary by product and region. You agree to comply with any applicable end-user license agreements (EULAs), warranty terms, registration requirements, and RMA processes set by each brand. Unauthorized modification, misuse, poor maintenance, or third-party firmware may void warranties.

Brand notices (non-exhaustive):

  • Bambu Lab: May require proof of purchase and serial verification; using unsupported filaments, third-party parts, or altered firmware can affect warranty eligibility.

  • Creality: Warranty coverage and service channels vary by model and region; keep serials/labels intact.

  • eSUN / Polymaker: Consumables (filaments/resins) are non-returnable once opened; store per manufacturer guidance to avoid moisture/UV damage.

  • Piocreate (PioCreat), Elegoo, Phrozen: Resin printers and accessories require adherence to safety, resin handling, and firmware guidelines.
    All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Additronix is an independent reseller; reference to brands does not imply endorsement beyond standard reseller relationships.

Tip: For faster warranty service, register your product with the manufacturer (if available) and retain your invoice and packaging.

9) Product Information, Compatibility & Safety

We strive for accurate listings, but specifications, images, firmware, and compatibility data may change without notice. Always check the latest manufacturer documentation. You’re responsible for: (a) ensuring product compatibility with your systems, materials, and local regulations; (b) safe use, including PPE for resins/chemicals and adequate ventilation; (c) lawful use of the products and printed objects.

No hazardous prints: You must not use our products to create weapons, contraband, or items that violate laws, safety standards, or third-party rights.

10) Software, Firmware & Open-Source Components

Some products include software/firmware governed by third-party licenses (including open-source). Where required, those licenses control your rights to use, modify, and distribute. Do not bypass security, DRM, or safety features.

11) Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—text, graphics, logos, product photos, videos, and compilation—is owned by or licensed to Additronix and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any portion without our prior written consent. Third-party marks are used nominatively to identify compatible products.

12) User Content (Reviews/Q&A)

If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content, you grant Additronix a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Services. You represent your content is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

13) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;

  • Attempt to interfere with site security or operations;

  • Scrape or harvest data without consent;

  • Misrepresent affiliation or submit fraudulent orders;

  • Infringe IP rights or violate export/sanctions rules.

14) Third-Party Services & Links

We may link to third-party websites, apps, or payment gateways. We’re not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Use at your own risk.

15) Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated by us in writing and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Additronix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or products. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or AED 1,000, whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; they may not apply to you.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Additronix, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the products, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

18) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described there.

19) Export, Sanctions & Regulatory Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export controls, sanctions, and import regulations. Certain products, materials, or software may be restricted for end use, end user, or destination.

20) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Disputes: Parties will first attempt amicable resolution within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration under DIAC Rules, seat Dubai, UAE, language English. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts to support arbitration or enforce awards.

21) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the site with the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
