12) Marketing & WhatsApp

  • We send marketing communications only with your consent or as otherwise permitted. You can unsubscribe from emails via the footer link or reply STOP on WhatsApp to opt out.

  • WhatsApp is provided by a third party (WhatsApp LLC). By messaging us, your number and messages are processed per WhatsApp’s terms/policy. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive data via WhatsApp.

13) Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 13 (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.

14) Product Registration & Manufacturers

If you register products or request support directly from manufacturers (e.g., Bambu Lab, Creality, eSUN, Polymaker, Piocreate, Elegoo, Phrozen), the data you provide to them is handled under their own privacy policies and service terms.
