Piocreat G5 Ultra Pellet revolutionizes desktop manufacturing with Fused Granulate Fabrication (FGF) technology, printing directly from thermoplastic pellets at 220 mm/s speeds and 0.8 kg/hour deposition rates in a massive 500×500×400 mm build volume. Featuring a next-generation extruder with 420°C capability and segmented heat zones, it accommodates 0.4-3.0 mm nozzles for printing PA-CF, PA-GF, PC-CF, PLA, PETG-GF, ABS, PS, and recycled materials from the 3-liter hopper. Intelligent laser ranging provides contactless bed leveling, while material level sensor with pause-resume functionality prevents failed prints from pellet depletion. Klipper firmware enables WiFi connectivity, remote monitoring, and advanced features for seamless operation.

Full-Auto Calibration

The next generation extruder (with segmented heat zones) can fit nozzles in diameters ranging from 0.4mm up to 3mm, and the machine can print pellets/granules measuring 2-5mm in diameter. The particles are fed into the extruder from a 3 liter hopper, ensuring a ready supply of feedstock for its huge deposition rate. It heats up to a toasty 420°C, enabling the printing of a wide range of materials.

Air Assist

Using laser sensor non-contact measurement technology, the leveling time can be significantly shortened and the leveling accuracy can be improved; Not only ensure the real-time and high safety of the leveling operation under the high temperature platform, but also avoid interference with the model during the printing process.
