Fiberon PA6-GF25 is a glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 filament containing 25% glass fibers with a density of 1.2 g/cm³ and exceptional heat deflection temperature of 191°C at 0.45 MPa. This composite material exhibits outstanding stiffness with Young's modulus of 5356 MPa in dry conditions and 1793 MPa when moisture conditioned, maintaining excellent mechanical properties across various environmental conditions. The material features Warp-Free™ Technology that enables printing at low bed temperatures without dimensional instability issues common in traditional nylon composites.

Fiberon PA6-GF25 excels in consumer goods, electronics, and industrial applications requiring exceptional stiffness, durability, and heat resistance up to 191°C. It prints reliably on FDM systems with nozzle temperatures of 280-300°C and bed temperatures of 40-50°C, achieving printing speeds up to 300mm/s without requiring heated chambers or enclosures. Both professional engineers and advanced makers can utilize its superior layer adhesion through Fiber-Adhesion Technology for high-performance prototypes, functional parts, and demanding manufacturing applications.

Users benefit from PA6-GF25's exceptional thermal stability, outstanding dimensional accuracy, and superior z-axis strength that creates more isotropic parts compared to standard glass fiber composites. The material offers excellent impact resistance with 10 kJ/m² Charpy impact strength and maintains structural integrity under mechanical stress. However, the abrasive glass fibers require hardened steel or ruby nozzles to prevent wear, and annealing at 100°C for 16 hours followed by moisture conditioning is essential to achieve maximum mechanical performance and toughness.
