eSUN ABS-HT

eSUN ABS-HT

Product description

eSUN ABS-HT filament is a modified ABS engineered for high temperature resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications that require a heat deformation temperature up to 100 °C. It also provides high strength, high toughness, and solid impact resistance for durable parts.

Key Features

  • High temperature resistance for use in elevated heat environments

  • High strength for lasting mechanical performance

  • High toughness for reliable, crack-resistant functional prints

  • Impact resistance for parts subject to dynamic forces

  • Excellent printability for smooth, professional results

  • Consistent matte finish for refined appearance

Exceptional Heat Resistance & Dimensional Stability

eSUN ABS-HT is a modified ABS filament engineered for enhanced temperature resistance, featuring a heat deflection temperature up to 100°C. This allows printed parts to maintain their shape and mechanical integrity in high-temperature environments, making ABS-HT ideal for demanding applications such as automotive, electronics housings, and industrial prototyping. The filament’s formulation provides dimensional stability and reduces warping compared to standard ABS in heated conditions

High Toughness, Strength & Impact Resistance

ABS-HT offers high strength, excellent toughness, and reliable impact resistance. The material is able to absorb shocks and resist breakage, and it retains high mechanical performance across a range of industrial applications. These properties make it suitable for functional prototypes, mechanical components, and any prints where durability is a priority while maintaining ABS’s well-known machinability and processability.

Reliable Printability & Processing Guidelines

Designed for FDM printers with enclosed build chambers, eSUN ABS-HT prints best at extrusion temperatures of 250–270°C and bed temperatures of 100–120°C. It is recommended to insulate the build, due to ABS’s shrinkage tendency, for optimal results and to avoid warping. The filament is suitable for a wide variety of 3D printers, and its improved surface quality and reduced warping make it both user-friendly and robust for iterative design work in professional settings.
