PPS-CF filament combines polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) with chopped carbon fibers for unmatched heat, chemical, and flame resistance, making it ideal for aerospace, electronics, and automotive components. It prints at 310–340 °C nozzle and 60–90 °C chamber temperatures, uses a 0.6 mm hardened-steel nozzle, and maintains a tight 1.75 mm diameter tolerance (±0.03 mm). Ultra-low moisture uptake (0.05%) ensures stable dimensions, while a UL-94 V-0 rating and 264 °C heat deflection deliver safety and reliability in extreme environments.
