Bambu Lab PA6-GF

Bambu Lab PA6-GF
PA6-GF filament blends Nylon 6 with glass fibers for strong, stiff parts that resist heat and maintain shape under load. It prints at 260–290 °C (nozzle) and 80–100 °C (bed) with RFID auto-settings for AMS systems, using a hardened-steel 0.4 mm nozzle and precise 1.75 mm diameter (±0.03 mm).
Key Features
-
Exceptional strength and stiffness: 120 MPa bending strength, 3 670 MPa modulus (dry state)
-
Superior thermal resistance: 182 °C heat deflection temperature retains mechanical properties under heat
-
Excellent dimensional stability and low warp: glass fibers minimize shrinkage and warping for precise prints
-
Chemical and oil resistance: ideal for industrial and automotive parts in harsh environments
-
RFID-enabled AMS compatibility: automatic material detection and parameter loading for error-free setup
-
Matte surface finish blurs layer lines for smooth parts
-
Requires drying at 80 °C for 8–12 h and an enclosed printer for optimal results; not compatible with AMS Lite
