The Bambu Hotend for X1 Carbon is a factory-matched, all-metal extrusion assembly rated to 320 °C, supplied with hardened-steel nozzles from 0.2 to 0.8 mm for both fine-detail and high-flow work. Its polished melt path and efficient heat-break keep extrusion smooth and recover temperature quickly, preserving layer uniformity on extended prints. Genuine OEM geometry lets the module drop in without firmware edits, retaining the printer’s calibration and network settings while restoring reliable, clog-free performance across everything from PLA to abrasive carbon-filled composites.
